Introduction to Repository section

Repository: This video contains information about AIV Repository

Overview:- ​

  • Repository contains all the artifacts created by the users. Only user with Administration Previlages can view the Repository of other users. Admin user can view the Adhoc Reports, Alerts, Dashboard, Datasets, Mappings, Merge, Parameters, Quick Run, Reports and Resources created by the other users.
  • Repository tab can be accessed from the main menu. Repoository and other sections under the Administration tab are only visible if the appropriate privileges 🔒 have been assigned to the logged in user, please contact your administrator if you facing difficulties accessing the sections under the Administration tab.

List of Options:- ​

Once user open the Repository page, they will be able to see the following 👇 options at the right corner:- Docusaurus Slash Introduction

  1. Username:- This is a dropdown containing a list of different users.
  2. Sections:- This is a dropdown containing a list of different AIV sections.
  3. Search Box:- If there are lots of files in the repository, Admin user can search it from the Search box

✒️ From the context menu user can Copy, Move or Delete the respective file.

📑 Copy:- ​

  • By using this option user can Copy the file in respective user or in another user.
  • From their Audit option file owner can see that who copied their file.
  • When user click on cpoy, they will see below 👇 screen:

❌ Delete:- ​

  • Admin user can delete the unwanted files from the selected user.

🎐 Move:- ​

  • User with previlages can move file in the same selected user or one-to-another user.
  • From their Audit option file owner can see that who Moved their file.
  • When user click on cpoy, they will see below 👇 screen:
