Create Email Users

Create Email User: This video contains how to Create Email User in AIV.

  • There are two ways in which a user can create email user in the AIV application:-

1. By clicking on the create icon Docusaurus Slash Introduction located at the bottom most toolbar.

2. By right clicking any existing email user and select Create Email User as follows:-

  • Now perform the following steps in order to create a new email user:-

  1. Click on Create using one of the methods mentioned above which will open the following popup.

  2. Enter the details as shown in the figure above:-

    • Enter display name that user wants to give to email user.
    • Enter the email address of user.
    • Toggle the slider to make Email User Active or Inactive.

  3. In case of any further help, the user can click on the Docusaurus Slash Introduction icon to access the AIV help documents.

  4. Finally, click on Docusaurus Slash Introduction button to create a new user.

  5. In this manner, you can create a new user in the AIV application.
